EU 14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. This right applies to unopened, sealed and unused products in their original packaging. Once a decant has been opened, sprayed or its seal broken, it can no longer be returned for hygiene reasons (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

To withdraw, email contact@decantsample.com with your order number; we reply with the return address. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless we made a mistake. We refund the full amount paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of shipment, using your original payment method.

Damaged, incorrect or lost orders

You are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund if your decant arrives damaged, if you receive the wrong product, if your parcel is lost in transit or if there is a clear quality issue. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We reply within 24 to 48 business hours.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund until your order has shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
