1. About Decant Sample

Decant Sample (decantsample.com) is a fragrance decanting service offering authentic luxury perfume samples prepared directly from original manufacturer bottles.

2. Products & Authenticity

All fragrances sold on Decant Sample are 100% authentic and sourced from official retailers or directly from fragrance houses. Each decant is prepared from an original, sealed bottle with no dilution or adulteration.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, fraud, or out-of-stock situations, with full refund.

4. Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Decant Sample is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or postal services.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products (opened/sampled), we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or the wrong product was sent. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our contact page.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All fragrance brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. Decant Sample is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any fragrance brand.

7. Limitation of Liability

Decant Sample shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

10. Consumer Mediation (médiation de la consommation)

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer customer has the right to refer, free of charge, any dispute with the seller — MAISON YILDIRIM (SASU, RCS Paris 106 970 932, registered office: 44 rue Pasquier, 75008 Paris, France) — to a consumer mediator with a view to an amicable resolution. For this purpose the seller has appointed:

MAISON YILDIRIM's membership of the CM2C scheme (SIRET 106 970 932 00013) is valid until 8 August 2029.

A case may only be referred to the mediator if the customer can show a prior written complaint sent to the seller (by e-mail or by post to the registered office) that did not receive a satisfactory response, and if the referral is made within one year of that complaint. Mediation does not deprive the customer of any right to bring the matter before a court.
